What You'll Actually Do
This is not a basic video editor role.
You’ll work as a Creative Content Specialist, meaning you:
✅ Take long-form videos and turn them into multiple content pieces
✅ Think in terms of growth, not just edits
✅ Decide cuts, pacing, and flow on your own
✅ Use AI tools when needed to move faster
✅ Help turn ideas into content that actually performs
You are trusted to think, not micromanaged.
This is FOR YOU if:
✅ You can repurpose content without step-by-step instructions.
✅ You think in hooks, flow, and storytelling.
✅ You’re comfortable experimenting and improving.
✅ You want to grow your skills, not just clock in.
✅ You enjoy working with people who move fast and think big.
This is NOT for you if:
❌ You need exact timestamps and instructions for everything.
❌ You don’t like making decisions.
❌ You prefer slow, repetitive work.
❌ You’re not interested in personal or professional growth.
We are based in Cavite.
You must be willing to:
✅ Go to Cavite once or twice per week
✅ Attend alignments and trainings in person
