Role Overview

As a Tech & Onboarding Support Specialist, you’ll be the tech backbone of our team—maintaining systems, supporting launches, solving problems, and ensuring a smooth experience for our learners.

Qualifications & Tools

✔ Knowledge of WordPress, WooCommerce, LearnDash, Zoom, Gmail.

✔ Basic coding: HTML, CSS, PHP (you don’t need to be an expert—just resourceful)

✔ Willingness to explore and solve issues using ChatGPT.

✔ Excellent attention to detail.

✔ Good communicator & responsive under pressure.

✔ Must be willing to work onsite in Cavite (hybrid)
